The Autonomous Agents Research Group focuses on the development of AI and machine learning technologies for autonomous systems control and decision making in complex environments. Current research focuses on algorithms based on deep reinforcement learning, multi-agent reinforcement learning, and foundation models (e.g. LLMs) for autonomous systems. The group also has expertise in the development of industry applications, including in sectors such as autonomous driving, warehouse automation, and human-AI workflow orchestration.
